Jeff Flaherty founded Wise Home Energy in 2010 and has been making homes energy efficient since 2006. Prior to starting Wise, Jeff was a Senior Program Coordinator with Honeywell managing over 20 Home Performance Contractors. With Building Performance Institute certifications including; Analyst, Envelope, Heating, Manufactured and Multifamily, Jeff is an industry leader in all types of structures.

Ryan has been with Wise Home Energy since 2012. Prior to joining Wise, Ryan interned as a Solar PV designer while achieving his undergrad degree in environmental sciences. Throughout his studies Ryan developed a passion for creating healthy, sustainable and energy efficient buildings. He hopes to one day make his own home carbon neutral and enjoys helping his clients improve their comfort.
